Our policies are in place to provide a smooth transaction of services for all parties involved.

CancelLation Policy
All clients must give a 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee.

50% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies us less than 24hrs prior to the appointment. 100% of the service will be charged if the client notifies us the day of the appointment.
Late Policy
Due to our stylists being fully booked. When a client is more than 15mins late. 100% of the service cost will be charged + they will be rescheduled.

If a client no-shows an appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged + they will not be rescheduled & blocked from booking with any stylist until balance is paid in full.
Guest & Children Policy
We love your minis and guest. But we ask that you do not bring them to your appointment for their safety + crowding + other guests experience.
